SparkPeople is a fabulous website, loaded with tools so you can create and track fitness and diet goals, take quizzes to learn more about yourself, find healthy recipes and hang out with people interested in the same things you are.

The site is so organized, it’s almost scary. Plus, the information is terrific. If you need some help getting — and staying — motivated¬† when it comes to exercising and eating right, this is the place!
